Weekly Workout

 
After countless requests the time has come to share some of my favorite at home workouts.
This is the first of many to come that I will be sharing over the next couple weeks. This workout below is one of my favorites and a total sweat session.
 
Tidbit: I use 10lb weights for both the bicep curls and the shoulder press, but feel free to use any weight that is right for you.
