Weekly Workout : 30 Minute Workout

This workout will take 30 minutes if performed correctly. Its a great traveling and at home workout routine.
 
If your pregnant : Be sure to use to modifications where you need. I am currently 28 weeks and I have modified my burpees, I do push ups on my knees, I do mountain climbers standing adjust a bench verses on the floor, and I don't do jump squats, I do regular deeper squats instead.
